  • Smoking is allowed & Hookah is allowed?
    Smoking is allowed in outdoor area, not in room & Hookah is strictly not allowed. If found high penalty will be applicable.
  • Nearest station & distance from station?
    Nearest station is Panvel, resort is 62 (1Hour 30 Min) from station.
  • Decor & Cake available & is it included in package?
    Yes decor & cake available on chargeable basis & it is not included in stay package.
  • Mode of transport from Panvel Railway Station & charges per ride?
    You can take an auto from Panvel Railway Station to Panvel ST Bus Stand. From there, board a bus to Alibag Bus Stand, and then take a shared auto to Bhimeshwar Bus Stop. The total cost for the journey is approximately ₹200–₹250.

  • Check-in/Check-out time & is the time adjustable?
    Check-in is 1pm, Check out is 11am & timings are fixed, strictly not adjustable. Penalty will be applicable in case of late checkout

Terms & Conditions

  • 50% non-refundable prepayment is essential to confirm the booking.
  • Booking can be revised subject to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Carry forward of booking can be done within 60 days from the date of original booking.(subject to availability)
  • Rates & offers are subjected to change without prior notice.
  • Date shifting charges for private cottages is 1000 Rs per night stay and for 3bhk villa 2000 Rs per night stay.
  • Booking amount is non-refundable at any cost.
  • The check-in time is 13:00 hrs, and the check-out time is 11:00 hrs. Should the guest fail to check out, the management is authorised to levy a half-day charge till 16:00 hrs, and a full-day charge thereafter.
  • Current government regulations require all guests to provide proof of identity at check-in, with a photograph and an address. In the case of a foreign nationality, a valid passport and a visa are mandatory. The Photo IDs accepted are Aadhar cards and passports only.
  • The management reserves the absolute right of admission to any person in the resort premises and to request any guest to vacate. When requested to do so, by default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitors from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room.
  • All cash payments above Rs. 49,000/- will require a PAN card as per government norms. Cheques are not accepted. We accept payments through UPI. All outstanding charges must be settled.
  • 5000rs refundable security deposit will be required for group and small family or a couple 2000rs refundable security deposit will be required for Private cottages. In case of any kind of damages, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • In house restaurant available for Ala carte.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access (sometimes Wi-Fi connection can get interrupted due to any issue from Internet provider, in that case resort management is not responsible)
  • Visitors are not permitted in the resort. In case a visitor proceeding to the guest room charges will be applied.
  • Guests are advised to leave their doors locked while leaving the room. The hotel shall not be liable for any valuables left by the guest in the room or hotel premises.
  • Storage of articles that are combustible or hazardous in nature like Hookah is prohibited and shall not be permitted on the resort premises.
  • Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, visitors or the people associated with them that they are responsible for.
  • Guests are requested to adhere to and observe the current Government regulations enforced from time to time pertaining to registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms, trafficking, etc.
  • Birthday or Anniversary decorations will be provided through the resort only, on a chargeable basis. Guests cannot do the decor by their own, if found penalty will be applicable.
  • Usage of Swimming pool & other amenities at your risk, there will be no life guards available & management will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries.
  • Valet parking at owners’ risk We may add, revise & update the Terms & Conditions as necessary as per our discretion.
